Dr. Rod Stern
Dr. Rod grew up in Queens and graduated from high school in Nassau County Long Island. He graduated from The City University of New York – Baruch College. Staying in NYC, Dr. Rod completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree at New York University College of Dentistry. Following dental school he completed a one year General Practice Residency at Staten Island University Hospital – LIJ. Realizing that his true passion is treating children, Dr. Rod continued his education by completing a two-year Pediatric Dentistry Residency at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA. During his final year of residency he was chosen to be the Chief Resident. He is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist. Dr. Rod truly loves working with children and finds it very rewarding getting them through difficult situations. Outside of the office he enjoys volunteering at Special Olympics, biking, working out, and reading.
